Dear colleagues and supporters of diversity,
The Romanian Diversity Charter announces the third edition of the regional certification program - Workplace Inclusion Champion (WIC). The program is designed for colleagues in HR, CSR, Sustainability, Communication, as well as other business functions involved in diversity management.
- Registrations are open until Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
From March 15 to June 30, we will go through 7 training modules in blended learning format, combining interactive online experience with classic elements related to learning transfer. Each module is followed by a session facilitated by a specialist.
Participants have access to the WIC online platform, with each module being an interactive combination of micro-video sessions, quizzes, and resources. The completion of each module takes approximately 5-6 hours, with an interval of about 10-14 days between modules.
For an optimal learning experience, the individual study process is followed by a deepening of the acquired knowledge in an online session facilitated by a specialist.
The participants' journey concludes at the end of September with the submission of the final project.
The Workplace Inclusion Champion certification is developed by the Diversity Charters of Romania, Slovenia, and Croatia, and is supported by the European Diversity Platform.
All certification program resources are available in English and Romanian. Facilitated sessions will be conducted in the Romanian language.
Conceived as an interactive training platform, the Workplace Inclusion Champion program supports organizations in acquiring practical knowledge and skills, strategizing diversity management actions, accelerating inclusion, and promoting diversity.
What we promise participants is that, at the end of the certification program, they will possess the essential elements to advance the D&I agenda in their organizations and have a clearer direction for the development of existing programs.
