,,We are proudly joining the Romanian Diversity Charter as we’re committed to embracing cultural differences to create an inclusive, equitable environment where every employee can thrive. Diverse perspectives inspire our bold answers to any challenge that comes our way.

Our Diversity Networks and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) ensure that everyone has a platform to share their voice, collaborate across functions and programs, and advance programs and policies that promote more women and ethnically diverse employees into leadership roles. We have more than 31,000 employees involved in 12 ERGs and Diversity Networks across more than 250 hubs and chapters.

Inclusion, diversity, and equity play a critical role in driving our competitiveness.”

About the Romanian Diversity Charter

The official launch of the Romanian Diversity Charter took place on April 18, 2018, making Romania the 21st country in the European Union to adopt a Diversity Charter and join the European Diversity Platform. Currently, the Charter has gathered 239 signatories, representing approximately 300,000 employees from companies, public institutions, and NGOs. These signatories have publicly committed to upholding the principles of the Charter, aiming to make diversity, equal opportunities, and social inclusion recognized and respected values in Romania. Under the guidance of the Charter, numerous initiatives have been implemented, including experience exchanges, workshops, debates, and learning and mentorship programs. Since 2021, the Charter and its signatories have jointly celebrated the EU Diversity Month, which aims to promote diversity in the workplace and society as a whole.  More details at https://www.cartadiversitatii.ro
