COS has signed the Romanian Diversity Charter

We are very happy to welcome COS into the Romanian Diversity Charter family, celebrating their commitment to diversity and inclusion in both their workforce and corporate culture.

COS is a dynamic and resilient entrepreneurial organization where a mix of talented design thinkers, coming from the worlds of Architecture, Interior, and Industrial Design came together to solve our clients’ complex problems and to design immersive, and exciting brand experiences, while embracing personal different perspectives, experiences, and knowhow.

COS is the place where we love to challenge ourselves to deliver customized solutions for our clients; is the place where creativity meets innovation; is the place where we invest in creating communities and support them growing.

We believe in evolution and a diverse team working together always wins, contributing directly to people’s and company’s long-term growth.

As an organization, we cherish our employees who step into our world with smiles that reflect their enthusiasm to contribute. We strongly believe in the transformative power of diversity to enhance perspectives and propel productivity in our team. This commitment to respect and inclusivity defines our working environment.

We have a multicultural approach, with more than five different nationalities, blending different experiences and skills that fuels creativity and problem-solving.

Some key marks of our company is the significant representation of senior employees, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. This age-diverse workforce contributes to a dynamic work environment, where the combination of seasoned professionals and younger talents leads to continuous learning and growth for all. We also take pride of women representation at our management level, actively engaged in the decision-making, fostering an environment where their voices are valued.

Living out these core values of diversity, equity and inclusivity on a daily basis, we understand that our collective success is based on the strength of unity. TOGETHER, in our collaborative journey, we celebrate the unique strengths and perspectives that each team member brings, by creating a harmonious atmosphere where everyone is not just a part of the team but an integral contributor to our ongoing success story.

Though our business model, we have created communities, through our Stables and MASIA serviced offices and coworking spaces that encourage the idea of sharing, innovation, and community strengthening. This approach aligns with the principles of diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where people from various backgrounds are coming together, collaborating, and contributing to a vibrant community.

At COS we believe in our team’s strength  and celebrate the fact that our entrepreneurial journey is driven by the collective efforts of individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and walks of life. This commitment to diversity and inclusion not only defines our corporate culture but also serves as a driving force behind our success in today's dynamic business landscape.

About the Romanian Diversity Charter

The official launch of the Romanian Diversity Charter took place on April 18, 2018, making Romania the 21st country in the European Union to adopt a Diversity Charter and join the European Diversity Platform. Currently, the Charter has gathered 230 signatories, representing approximately 285,000 employees from companies, public institutions, and NGOs. These signatories have publicly committed to upholding the principles of the Charter, aiming to make diversity, equal opportunities, and social inclusion recognized and respected values in Romania. Under the guidance of the Charter, numerous initiatives have been implemented, including experience exchanges, workshops, debates, and learning and mentorship programs. Since 2021, the Charter and its signatories have jointly celebrated the EU Diversity Month, which aims to promote diversity in the workplace and society as a whole.
